Southwest Gas Corporation ranked No. 1 in the West Large Segment by J.D. Power in the 2022 Gas Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study as well as another study by West Segment .

For the third consecutive year, Southwest Gas Corporation delivered award-winning customer satisfaction and ranked No. 1 in the West Large Segment by J.D. Power in the 2022 Gas Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study & the West Segment in the 2022 Gas Utility Business Customer Satisfaction Study.

Southwest Gas Highlights
As part of the J.D. Power 2022 Gas Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study, Southwest Gas ranked number one in the West Large Segment in customer satisfaction with Residential Natural Gas Service.
The 2022 Gas Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study is based on responses from more than 57,239 online interviews conducted from January 2022 through October 2022 among residential customers of the 84 largest gas utility brands across the United States, which represent more than 64.6 million households.
As part of the J.D. Power 2022 Gas Utility Business Customer Satisfaction Study, Southwest Gas ranked number one in the West Segment in customer satisfaction with Business Natural Gas Service.
The 2022 Gas Utility Business Customer Satisfaction Study is based on responses from more than 9,220 online interviews of business customers in decision-making roles related to their utility company. The study was fielded from January to September 2022 with 59 brands included, each serving more than 25,000 business customers, representing more than 4.4 million business customers total.
