Royal Purple High Performance Experience Contest Begins March 2

Synthetic oil manufacturer Royal Purple is offering one lucky fan the opportunity to drive a vehicle in the 2012 Hot Rod Magazine Power Tour.

What: Synthetic oil manufacturer Royal Purple is offering one lucky fan the opportunity to drive a vehicle in the 2012 Hot Rod Magazine Power Tour. The winner of the Royal Purple High Performance Experience contest receives the opportunity  to participate in the Tour as a guest of Royal Purple and a stipend* for travel expenses for the duration of the event (June 2 – 9).

Entrants must submit a picture of their American muscle car or performance vehicle on the Royal Purple Inc. Facebook fan page between March 2 and March 16 to be considered.

A selection of ten semi-finalists will be chosen based upon online fan voting from March 16 – 23 on the Royal Purple Inc. Facebook fan page. These ten semi-finalists then advance to a final round and a winner will be selected by a panel of Royal Purple judges after submitting a detailed list of their vehicle’s specs and modifications, as well as providing proof of registration, insurance and a valid driver’s license. 

The final winner will be announced on the Royal Purple Inc. Facebook fan page, March 30 at 1:00PM ET.

When: General entry begins Friday, March 2, 12:00AM ET
Ends: Friday, March 16, 11:59AM ET

How to Apply: Photo entries will be accepted on the “Contest Tab” of the Royal Purple Inc. Facebook fan page from March 2 – 16.

*Additional Details:
One winner will be selected by the judges to receive a Royal Purple Visa gift card to use towards expenses for travel on the 2012 Hot Rod Magazine Power Tour®. Registration fees, VIP parking, Royal Purple apparel and decals will also be furnished to the winner.

In addition to the winner, one runner-up will also be selected in the event the winner cannot fulfill contest winner requirements. The runner-up will receive a case of Royal Purple Motor Oil and Royal Purple Swag.
