• Breakdown: A software error may cause the transmission gear selection indicator not to display.

Ford

• Breakdown: The roof rail covers may come loose and detach from the vehicle.
• Solution: Dealers will inspect the roof rail covers and as necessary, repair or replace the push-pins, rail clips, or roof rail covers, free of charge. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, are expected to be mailed Aug. 24, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the remedy is available, anticipated in September 2026.

• Breakdown: The switch for the easy-entry second-row outer seats may bind or stick, resulting in the seats unlatching, tipping, or sliding unexpectedly.
• Solution: Dealers will inspect and replace the bezel around the switch as necessary, free of charge. Interim letters explaining the safety risk are expected to be mailed July 27, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the remedy is available, anticipated in January 2027.

• Breakdown: The rear side quarter window glass trim may be improperly secured, which can allow it to detach.

Altec

• Recall Number: CSN-3349

• Component: Electrical system
• Breakdown: The boom stow switch wire in the cargo storage area may become damaged, which can result in a short circuit, causing the wire to overheat.
• Solution: Altec will instruct owners to inspect their vehicle and, if the wire is not protected, order a kit that includes a bolt-on guard to protect the wires, free of charge. Letters informing owners of the safety risk are expected to be mailed Sept.r 11, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the final remedy is available.
• Recall Number: CSN-3347
• Vehicles: 2024-2026 AT Series

• Breakdown: The turntable rotation bearing fasteners may not have been heat treated properly.
• Solution: Altec will instruct owners to inspect the lot number on the fasteners and, if necessary, order a rotation bolt kit to replace the fasteners, or schedule service with Altec, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed Sept. 11, 2026.

• Breakdown: The inverter output AC wiring may be routed too tightly in the electrical receptacle enclosure and become damaged, possibly resulting in a short circuit.
• Solution: Altec will install an electrical receptacle enclosure extension, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed Aug. 28, 2026.

Autocar

• Breakdown: The Antilock Braking System (ABS) Electronic Control Unit (ECU) may be improperly secured, allowing the ABS ECU to separate.

Daimler Truck

• Breakdown: Water may enter an improperly sealed high voltage cabinet and cause component failure or a short circuit.
• Solution: Heil will install a protective enclosure, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 28, 2026.

International

• Recall Number: 26510
• Vehicles: 2021, 2023-2027 MV, and 2026-2027 HV
• Potential Units Affected: 15,628
• Component: Electrical system
• Breakdown: The battery interconnect cable may contact the auxiliary stud and hold down bracket, causing a short circuit.
• Solution: Dealers will install plastic saddles onto the positive interconnect cable and as necessary, install wind laces and a J-bolt between each battery, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed Sept. 14, 2026.

Orange EV

• Recall Number: 2026-SRC-02
• Vehicles: 2023-2024 e-TRIEVER, 2020-2023 T-Series Tandem Terminal Truck, and 2024-2026 HUSK-e Tandem Terminal vehicles.
• Potential Units Affected: 24
• Component: Structure
• Breakdown: Improper welding may cause frame rails to crack, leading to rail separation.
• Solution: Dealers will inspect and repair or replace the frame rails as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were expected to be mailed July 22, 2026.

Paccar

• Recall Number: 26PACC
• Vehicles:  2026-2027 Peterbilt 579 and 2027 Kenworth T680
• Potential Units Affected: 8
• Component: Service brakes, air
• Breakdown: The trailer air connection quick release (QR) valve in the air brake system may have been incorrectly installed, which can cause the trailer to become unstable after the driver applies the brakes.
• Solution: Paccar inspected and reinstalled the valves, as necessary, free of charge. All affected tractors have been repaired, and therefore no owner notification letters are necessary.
• Recall Number: 26PACD
• Vehicles: 2027 Kenworth T680, Peterbilt 579, Kenworth T480, Peterbilt 537, Kenworth T880, Peterbilt 589, Peterbilt 536, Kenworth T280, Kenworth T380, Kenworth W990, Peterbilt 567, and Peterbilt 548
• Potential Units Affected: 5,919
• Component: Electrical system
• Breakdown: The power distribution center (PDC) box may be contaminated with oil, which could result in a loss of drive power, Antilock Brake System (ABS) functionality, exterior lighting, windshield wipers, or the defogging system.
• Solution: Dealers will inspect the PDC serial numbers, and replace the PDC boxes as necessary, free of charge. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk are expected to be mailed Sept. 25, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the final remedy is available.

Shyft Group

• Recall Number: 26-06
• Vehicles: 2016, 2019, and 2021 Utilimaster Velocity
• Potential Units Affected: 563
• Component: Exterior lighting
• Breakdown: Water may enter an improperly sealed strobe light and cause a short circuit.
• Solution: Owners are advised to remove the control module for the strobe light. The remedy is currently under development. Interim owner notification letters explaining the safety risk are expected to be mailed July 17, 2026. Another notice will be sent once the remedy becomes available.

Volvo Trucks

• Recall Number: RVXX2607
• Vehicles: 2026 VOLVO VHD, VNL (4), VNR (4), VN, and VAH
• Potential Units Affected: 3,794
• Component: Steering
• Breakdown: The steering knuckles may have been manufactured with insufficiently tightened steering arms.
• Solution: Dealers will inspect and tighten the fasteners between the steering arm and steering knuckle, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 27, 2026.

Wabash

• Breakdown: The deck pins may break, resulting in the liftgate platform falling.
