P.S.I. Introduces TireView LIVE Pre-Check for Mobile Devices
P.S.I. has introduced TireView LIVE Pre-Check, a QR-based tool that lets drivers and fleet managers instantly view real-time tire pressures and temperatures without logging into an app.

TireView LIVE Pre-Check uses QR tags to give drivers and technicians immediate access to tire pressure and temperature data during inspections or on the road.

Pressure Systems International (P.S.I.) has launched TireView LIVE Pre-Check, a mobile tool that uses scan-to-view QR tags to provide real-time TPMS tire pressure and temperature data.
Each QR tag is paired with a vehicle through a fleet’s TireView LIVE account and then attached to that vehicle. Once paired, no login or app is required. Scanning the QR tag opens a browser window displaying the tire status.
Real-Time Tire Checks for Drivers
Drivers and inspection personnel can use the QR tag during pre-trip checks or at any point in a route to view live tire pressures and temperatures for every position. Refreshing the browser updates the data without rescanning.
The system supports multi-vehicle operations by displaying tire data for each unit in separate browser tabs. Registered users can still log into the TireView LIVE app for additional features.
Reducing Roadside Tire Costs
Unscheduled roadside tire repairs are costly compared to planned service. By providing real-time tire information through a simple QR scan, TireView LIVE Pre-Check helps fleets identify issues early and reduce in-route failures.
P.S.I. customers can request QR tags with new TireView LIVE orders or for existing units in service. A how-to guide is available for setup.
Customer Perspective
“With all the different TPMS options available, USAL waited for the right mix of technology, durability, and interface,” said Allen Jones, CDM/E, US AutoLogistics. “We chose TireView from P.S.I. It was the right decision.”
