WASHINGTON - Fleet managers can learn about the cost-saving and ease-of-refueling advantages of vehicles fueled by propane autogas in the Propane Education & Research Council's (PERC) Propane Autogas Pavilion at the 2012 National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA) Work Truck Show.
Propane industry experts will demonstrate safe and effective vehicle refueling in the Propane Autogas Pavilion (booth No. 5191) and explain how easy installation of on-site propane autogas dispensing options can lead to cost savings. Experts will be available to counsel attendees on choosing the best refueling approach to meet their fleet's unique needs and cost-saving goals. Multiple models of high-performing vehicles fueled by propane autogas also will be on display in the PERC Propane Pavilion.
PERC's Green Truck Summit panel discussion, "Propane Autogas: Green, Clean, Economical," at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 6, will explore the economic and environmental attributes of propane-autogas-fueled vehicle platforms, and how to introduce them into a fleet. Attendees also can test vehicle performance in the Green Truck Ride-and-Drive.
The NTEA Work Truck Show will run March 6 to 8 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. Visit www.autogasusa.org prior to NTEA or the PERC Propane Autogas Pavilion more information.
