RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA –Kumho Tire U.S.A., announced it has brought on Ron Gilbert as its new Director of Commercial Tire Sales. Gilbert will head up the tire manufacturer’s Truck and Bus Radial sector. He enters his new role with more than 30 years of experience in the tire industry and hails from a number of other major manufacturers.

“We are excited and happy to have Ron on the Kumho Tires management team as his knowledge of the industry and more specifically, the trucking and fleet industries, is extremely extensive,” said Armand Allaire, VP of Sales for Kumho Tire U.S.A. “Ron is a breath of fresh air and with his vast experience, we know more positive things are ahead for our truck and bus radial division.”

Gilbert possesses decades of experience in the tire industry. He served in the United States Navy and currently lives in the northern California area.

Kumho Tires is currently launching an all new advertising campaign in print publications to promote its growing presence in the truck tire sector.
