Mid-American Truck Parts, based in Olathe, Kansas, has completed the acquisition of Great Plains Urethane Distribution, a leading distributor headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The acquisition expands market reach for Patriot Aftermarket Partners' product portfolio across the Central United States.

Great Plains Urethane Distribution serves as the exclusive distributor of Patriot Aftermarket Partners’ products, which includes the flagship Patriot Liner brand, across 10 Central States.

As part of the acquisition agreement, Paul Reber, president and founder of Great Plains Urethane Distribution, will remain with the organization for an extended period to ensure seamless operational continuity and maintain the company's established reputation for exceptional customer service and technical support.

"This acquisition represents a significant milestone in our commitment to advancing the Patriot brand and strengthening its market leadership across the Central United States," said Bobby Combs, general manager of MidAmerican Truck Parts. "Great Plains Urethane Distribution has built an exceptional reputation under Paul Reber's leadership, and we're excited to build upon that strong foundation while ensuring our customers continue to receive industry-leading service and technical support.“

Mid-American Truck Parts was established to facilitate this acquisition, with Patriot Liner spray-on bedliners forming the cornerstone of its long-term growth strategy. The combined organization will focus on expanding market penetration in:

  • Texas

  • New Mexico

  • Oklahoma

  • Arkansas

  • Kansas

  • Missouri

  • Colorado

  • Nebraska

  • North Dakota

  • South Dakota

The combined organization will benefit from enhanced operational scale, streamlined processes, and the integration of complementary expertise to drive efficiency and growth, according to Mid-American Truck Parts.
