Corplex manufactures high-quality, multi-layer polypropylene products used in packaging, logistics, and custom industrial applications. Legend supplies high-performance interior protection products for commercial vehicles, including flooring, wall liners, insulation, and accessories designed to protect, perform, and last for commercial vehicle fleets.
“We’re proud of what the Romeoville team has built over the years,” said Lucas van der Schalk, CEO of Corplex. “Legend brings the energy, direction, and investment needed to take this facility to the next level. This transition allows Corplex to sharpen our focus in Europe while ensuring continued success for our valued U.S. customers.”
The Romeoville team, previously operating with limited proximity to its European parent company, will now benefit from the direct and focused strategic direction under Legend. This includes enhanced responsiveness, investment in people and equipment, and a long-term commitment to customer service.
Legend’s headquarters remains in Tillsonburg, Ontario, and the Romeoville site marks a pivotal U.S. footprint, strengthening the company’s ability to provide fast, reliable, North American-made solutions.
