Air Lift Company has appointed Michael A. Sislo, an industry veteran with more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across the automotive, manufacturing, and specialty chemicals industries, as executive vice president, Global Supply Chain, Procurement and Quality.

Throughout his career, Sislo has held senior leadership positions with industry-leading organizations including LG Chem, Horizon Global, Meritor, and Tenneco. His experience spans operations, supply chain, procurement, quality, engineering, product management, commercial leadership, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and full P&L responsibility.

Air Lift said this broad leadership background provides a unique enterprise perspective that aligns operational excellence with growth, profitability, customer success, and long-term value creation.

Duties in the New Role

In his new role, Sislo will provide executive leadership for Air Lift's global supply chain, procurement, sourcing, supplier development, logistics, and quality organizations. He will work closely with leadership teams across the company to strengthen operational performance, enhance quality systems, accelerate continuous improvement, support strategic growth initiatives, and build what the company called world-class capabilities across the enterprise.
