LeasePlan to Offer FleetCor Fuel Cards

LeasePlan USA has partnered with FleetCor Technologies, Inc. as a preferred provider of its national commercial fuel card program, according to a company announcement.
As part of the partnership, FleetCor will manage the back-end system processing and billing of LeasePlan’s new universal fuel card. FleetCor will also manage and provide a variety of other services to support LeasePlan, the company stated.
The new product will be offerred to LeasePlan's new and existing fleet management customers starting 2019, the company noted.
Additionally, FleetCor's North American fuel card clients will gain access to LeasePlan's national account vehicle maintenance network of more than 70,000 service providers, the company added.
"Users will now have access to a fully managed maintenance program and team of certified technicians that ensures vehicles are properly maintained, while costs and driver downtime are reduced," the announcement stated.
