NEENAH, WI - J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc., a provider of risk and regulatory management products, publications and services, announced that DOT and fleet safety subject matter expert Ray Guest joined its organization as a safety consultant.

Prior to joining J. J. Keller, Guest worked as the fleet safety manager for a heavy civil construction contractor operating in 25 states with a private fleet of 425 CMVs. His previous experience also includes fleet management, occupational safety, and risk management positions inside both large and small companies. Based in the CSA pilot state of Minnesota, Guest has had extensive experience with the FMCSA's CSA initiative - successfully guiding clients the transition from SafeStat to CSA, and also leading a company through a Federal DOT compliance audit under the CSA initiative with no citations.  He has a background in Federal and State regulatory enforcement and is experienced in litigation and litigation support.

As part of the Consulting Services Group at J. J. Keller, Guest will work hand-in-hand with customers to conduct CSA assessments and training, as well as work in an advisory role to help them improve upon their compliance efforts and implement a results-oriented safety program.
