WAYNE, NJ – Following the launch of Hankook Tire’s global Facebook page last year, Hankook Tire America is stepping into the spotlight with its own dedicated “Hankook USA” Facebook page.

Facebook users will receive exciting information and updates about Hankook’s tires, motorsports activities and promotions, like the Hankook ‘Great Catch’ Rebate and MINI Cooper Convertible S giveaway.

Hankook USA on Facebook will be updated with the freshest content including: videos, pictures, and interesting facts.  Hankook USA on Facebook is the spot to learn more about Hankook’s products, hear about the latest Hankook motorsports news, and to see rare behind-the-scenes footage from Hankook marketing initiatives.  No more stale, uninspired material you see so often on other pages.

To celebrate its Facebook page, Hankook USA has partnered with Motor Trend to give away a brand new set of Ventus V12 evo tires! More information is available on Facebook.  The Motor Trend giveaway is just the beginning.

Starting Friday, June 1st, 2012 Hankook Tire America will launch its new ‘Hankook Heroes’ campaign on Facebook.  The ‘Hankook Heroes’ campaign is dedicated to finding and saluting Americans who drive emotion and use their cars and tires to do great things every day.  Whether it’s driving the kids to baseball practice, a memorable family road trip or a safe drive home from the hospital with a newborn, your vehicle and tires get you to and through some of life’s great moments.

As part of the ‘Hankook Heroes’ campaign, Hankook USA Facebook users have the chance to win one of over 500 prizes including tablet computers and Hankook tires by nominating themselves or a friend and submitting a story about how they use their car to do great things for their friends, their family or community.


‘Hankook Heroes’ will run for three months at Hankook USA on Facebook ending on August 31, 2012.
