Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Center retread plants in three important, high-traffic areas have opened sales and service departments, giving trucking operations even more options within the already-expansive, nationwide Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Network.
“Our retread plants in Bremen, Ga.; Vernon, Calif.; and Walnut, Calif.; now offer new Goodyear, Dunlop and Kelly brand truck tires, including Goodyear’s new Fuel Max LHD G505D and Fuel Max LHS super- fuel efficient long-haul tires,” said Paul Wanstreet, president of Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers.
In addition, the three service centers offer Goodyear-Fleet HQ 24/7 Emergency Roadside Service to help get trucks up and running.
Since 2007, the Goodyear-Fleet HQ 24/7 Emergency Roadside Service program has helped more than one million trucks return to service and boasts an industry-leading roll time of two hours and 11 minutes, on average.
“When a truck goes down, there’s no time to lose,” said Wanstreet. “No other tire manufacturer matches Goodyear’s expertise in helping trucks return to service with a roll-time of two hours and 11 minutes.”
Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Center retread plants offer Goodyear’s full line of retread products, including those that contain Goodyear’s spliceless UniCircle Technology, which helps enhance tread wear and traction.
