General Motors' CEO Mary Barra will tell a congressional subcommittee she won't accept "business as usual at GM" and update the committee on the automaker's progress in dealing with the ignition switch recall.
Barra is returning to Congress two months after her initial April 1 appearance when she first addressed the recalls to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce's subcommittee on oversight and investigations.
