BOCA RATON, FL – Fittipaldi Logistics, Inc., a software developer focusing on the freight transportation industry, has signed a two-year agreement with WebTech Wireless, Inc., a provider of location-based fleet telematics services. On Mar. 20, 2007, Fittipaldi Logistics entered into a two-year original equipment manufacturer purchasing agreement with WebTech, which develops and manufactures wireless solutions that run on cellular and satellite networks. Fittipaldi Logistics is integrating some of WebTech’s products into its commercial vehicle telematics offerings.

Fittipaldi Logistics has been evaluating the WebTech Wireless device for inclusion in its Fuel Efficiency and Emission Reduction modules for the past two months. By incorporating the WebTech device into these modules, EMMOLogic acquires the ability to seamlessly integrate into a truck’s on-board diagnostic computer to gather a wide range of information. This information is critical to EMMOLogic’s focus on increasing fuel efficiency and decreasing the amount of harmful emissions that are polluting the environment.

Additional modules include: fleet management system integration for bi-directional communication and reporting, Remote engine diagnostics, and vehicle security. Fittipaldi Logistics will host and manage the on-demand Web-based application on dedicated servers offering a high-availability, guaranteed bandwidth to ensure 24/7 reliability of information access and communications.
