Workhorse Group announces receiving a second fleet purchase order for the W56 step van from a prominent commercial fleet operator.
The 15-vehicle order is set to be delivered in 2024 through Workhorse's dealer, Kingsburg Truck Center.

Xos will acquire all the issued and outstanding common shares of electric vehicle designer ElectraMeccanica in an all-stock transaction.
The boards of directors of both companies have unanimously approved the proposed acquisition, which aims to address the increasing demand for zero-emission medium-duty electric trucks.
The deal will provide Xos access to ElectraMeccanica's cash balance, estimated to be around $48.5 million at the transaction's closing.
