Diesel Laptops, a distributor for commercial truck diesel diagnostic software and hardware, has begun enrollment for its hands-on, in-classroom Diesel Technician training program.
The company realized there is a great need for technician training for today’s complex engines and vehicle systems. With this in mind, it is starting its training courses with the areas in which many technicians have the most trouble.
The first course offered will be a Basic Electrical course designed to get new technicians acquainted with electrical terminology, theory, and diagnostics of electrical circuits. The class will be half classroom lecture and half hands-on training where students will work with real electrical circuits from diesel trucks.
Each class offered in the Diesel Technician Training Program will be held at Diesel Laptops’ new training facility in Gilbert, S.C. Every company purchasing a TEXA Diagnostic Kit will receive a Lifetime Voucher for one FREE training class of their choosing. Tuition for all other attendees is $500 which includes a full day of training as well as meals. Group pricing is also available upon request. For more information and to see the training schedule, visit training.diesellaptops.com.
