DEKRA, Arrow Truck Continue Truck Inspection Partnership
DEKRA Services, an independent inspection company for condition reports, audits, and certifications, will be responsible for the management and consistent delivery of Arrow Truck Sales’ comprehensive truck and tractor condition reports.
DEKRA Services Inc., awarded a three-year extension to its truck inspection contract with Arrow Truck Sales, effective as of the first-quarter of 2019.
DEKRA Services, an independent inspection company for condition reports, audits, and certifications, will be responsible for the management and consistent delivery of Arrow Truck Sales’ comprehensive truck and tractor condition reports. DEKRA Services will continue providing its unbiased, independent third-party perspective to 16 Arrow locations throughout the continental United States and Canada.
“We are very excited to extend our partnership with Arrow for another three years,” said Christian Ruecker, Executive Vice President of DEKRA Services, Inc. “We developed a very specific set of services to complement the original Condition Report deliverable, including a Drive Test, DOT inspection, and a Forced Regen. We look forward to continuing to work with Arrow to identify additional value-added services that will benefit both companies.”
Arrow entered into the original partnership with DEKRA with the goal of standardizing their inspection process across their North American locations to provide the most consistent and professionally reconditioned used trucks in the market. By outsourcing its truck inspections to DEKRA, Arrow has been able to streamline and/or eliminate some internal processes that previously contributed to inconsistencies and delays in getting trucks ready for their customers.
“We value the longstanding relationship we have had with DEKRA and we look forward to utilizing their value adding services for years to come,” said John Nelson, Director of Business Support Services at Arrow Truck Sales. “We have worked together to develop an inspection process that we believe is second-to-none in the industry and we will continue to evaluate and enhance our processes as technologies develop to ensure we are providing the very best product possible to our customers.
