“Florida is home to many loyal owners of Cummins Turbo Diesel in heavy-duty Ram trucks who have yet to complete the recall. We’re pleased to offer this incentive program to reward Florida owners for taking the time for completing this simple software update,” said Jennifer Rager, Cummins Executive Director – Pickup. “We understand that for many owners, their truck is an extension of their pride and busy lifestyle and we appreciate their loyalty.”

Program Details:

The Win-Win and Win Again program is available to owners of RAM 2500 and 3500 trucks from Model Years 2013–2018 that are eligible for Recall 67A.

  • Recall 67A is a free software update that typically takes less than an hour to complete.

  • The update must be completed at a Ram dealer in the state of Florida.

  • Upon completion, owners will receive:

    • A free extended warranty, automatically applied (details at CumminsRecall.com).

    • A prepaid $200 Mastercard, claimed through a dedicated program site.

    • Entry into a statewide $10,000 giveaway, with one winner each week. Non-winning entries will remain in the pool for future drawings through the end of the program.

“The update is designed to improve the vehicle’s emissions performance without impacting the engine’s torque, responsiveness, or horsepower,” Rager added. “While the software update itself is quick to perform, this special incentive program is our way of showing gratitude for their time and commitment to seeing it through.”

The Win-Win and Win Again program is designed for owners of heavy-duty RAM 2500 and 3500 Model Year 2013-2018 trucks eligible for Recall 67A. No purchase is necessary for entry, and program details are outlined below:
