Work Truck is continuing its latest monthly video interview series, Shades of Fleet, highlighting the people who keep the fleet industry moving every day.

April’s theme, The Technicians’ Table, shines a light on the essential work of technicians and maintenance professionals: the heartbeat of fleet. From the shop floor to field service, these are the people solving problems in real time, keeping vehicles road-ready, and holding operations together behind the scenes.

This month is about what the job really looks like. The pace, pressure, and pride in the work. The problem-solving that doesn’t always get seen. It’s also about career paths, respect for the role, evolving technology, and what it takes to build and keep a strong technician workforce.
