ARI has received national certification as a Women's Business Enterprise by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council, the Mount Laurel, N.J.-based fleet management company has announced.
The certification allows the company’s customers to classify their payments to ARI as Tier 1 Diversity Spend and further diversify their organization's supply chain. ARI is a subsidiary of Holman Enterprises, which was also certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise earlier this year.
The certification process is designed to confirm the business is at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by a woman or women. By including women-owned businesses among their suppliers, corporations and government agencies demonstrate their commitment to fostering diversity and the continued development of their supplier diversity programs.
Mindy Holman leads Holman Enterprise as chairman of the board. Her cousin, Kathy Andreola Mullin, serves as the company's executive vice president and chief legal officer. Mullin's sister, Susan Andreola Moonan, remains a key stakeholder in the organization after holding several finance roles.
