J.B. Poindexter Acquires Masterack
Masterack LLC, maintains its corporate headquarters in Decatur, Ga., a manufacturing plant in Social Circle, Ga., and five company-owned installation facilities across the United States. It will operate as an independent business unit within JBPCO.
J. B. Poindexter & Co., Inc. (JBPCO) announced the acquisition, by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Masterack, LLC, of CVP Group, LLC, the manufacturer and distributor of Masterack products.
The company, now named Masterack LLC, has served the commercial vehicle market since the 1960s with commercial-grade interiors and ladder racks designed to meet the needs of fleet customers. The company manufactures and installs one of the broadest and most diverse product-line in the industry and offers steel, composite, and aluminum cargo management solutions.
