Penske Truck Leasing has introduced Catalyst AI, an AI platform that aims to transform fleet management by providing real-time insights into fleet performance. This platform allows fleet managers to compare their fleet's performance with similar fleets in real-time, enabling them to make data-driven decisions to optimize fuel efficiency, fleet utilization, and overall performance.
According to Penske, 77% of transportation professionals have traditionally relied on historical and industry benchmark reports to inform their fleet planning and procurement decisions. However, this process can be time-consuming and may not provide accurate comparisons for specific fleets.
Catalyst AI addresses this challenge by leveraging AI, machine learning algorithms, and Penske's industry expertise to provide customized operational benchmarks tailored to each fleet's unique performance needs.
The platform analyzes data from hundreds of thousands of vehicles in Penske's live database, allowing fleet managers to benchmark their fleets using real-time comparative data. This enables them to unlock opportunities for fuel efficiency and business performance using targeted insights.
Catalyst AI represents a significant advancement in fleet management, providing fleet managers with actionable insights and intelligence to optimize their fleets. Existing Penske Truck Leasing customers can access Catalyst AI through their Fleet Insight accounts with the new Comparative Insights feature at fleetinsight.com.
