The Ford F-Series truck has maintained its reputation as the best-selling truck in the United States for an incredible 47th year in a row. In 2023, more than 700,000 customers chose a new Ford F-Series truck, reflecting Ford's commitment to excellence, innovation, and understanding the needs of its customers.

The F-Series trucks are known for their exceptional durability and reliability, making it the go-to choice for fleets across the country.

Ford F-Series trucks come with a range of features that make them stand out among other trucks in the market. Technologies like Pro Power Onboard and BlueCruise hands-free highway driving, make it easier for customers to power work sites or even their home in the event of a power outage, or to drive hands-free on highways. The trucks also offer features that make it easier to hitch and tow a trailer, reflecting the company's understanding of the needs of its customers.

Keys to a Trusted Pickup Truck

One key to the success of the F-Series trucks is the diversity of powertrain offerings. Ford understands that its customers have unique needs, whether they're on the job site, the farm, or going on a weekend adventure.

The company offers a range of powertrain options to meet these needs, including the best-selling full-size full-hybrid pickup in America, the Ford F-150 PowerBoost Hybrid, and the best-selling full-size electric pickup truck in the U.S., the F-150 Lightning.

"The streak spans four generations (and started when I was only four) and has lasted longer than the entire lifespan of many other popular consumer products, including compact discs and mp3 players, and the entire brick-and-mortar video rental industry. But this accolade is not a walk down memory lane; F-Series continues to grow and in 2023, remained the best-selling vehicle in the nation for the 42nd year in a row," said Robert Kaffle, director, U.S. sales, in a recent statement.

Looking forward, the company is excited to begin production of the new 2024 gas and hybrid F-150 models early in the year. The company's unwavering focus on growth across gas, hybrid, and electric models in 2024 reflects its promise to offer a truck for every customer - one that fits seamlessly into their lifestyle.

Ford is deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve its customers and is committed to continuing to earn their business every single day.
