Tooth Ratchet and Wrenches
GearWrench announced the launch of three new products, including the 84 Tooth Ratchet, new Ratcheting Flare Nut, and Ratcheting Crow Foot Wrenches.

GearWrench announced the launch of three new products. The line expansion includes the 84 Tooth Ratchet; an innovative ratchet design that offers unparalleled access by combining the thinnest head on the market with a four degree swing arc and increased strength over the prior design. For professional end users, these upgraded features translate into greater access to fasteners and increased strength during heavy-duty applications. In addition, GearWrench will showcase its new Ratcheting Flare Nut and Ratcheting Crow Foot Wrenches during the show.
New Products At-A-Glance:
84 Tooth Ratchet (84T Ratchet)
The new 84T Ratchet from GearWrench sets a new industry standard for strength, speed and access. The low-profile head provides access in tight spaces while a bright chrome finish increases visibility and makes clean up easy. The 84T 3/8" Ratchet is rated at 190 percent of the ASME specification for strength (3,400 in-lbs) and features a ratchet arc of just 4.3 degrees, making it perfect for use in applications with minimal clearance. The new 84T Ratchet is also available in several handle configurations to meet a variety of needs including offset, long, stubby and locking flex, and comes in a variety of drive sizes including 1/4-inch, 3/8-inch and 1/2-inch in combo and mixed tool sets.
Ratcheting Flare Nut Wrench
Looking to provide users with greater access and speed for flare nut applications, GearWrench has developed the innovative flex-head Ratcheting Flare Nut Wrench. The double-ended wrench features a ratcheting six-point open end for increased speed and a low profile flex-head for access in tight spaces such as power steering and brake line applications. Finished in full-polish chrome vanadium, the new Ratcheting Flare Nut Wrench will be available in a variety of sizes including metric 10mm-19mm and SAE 3/8-inch to 1-inch.
Ratcheting Crow Foot Wrench
Traditional Crow Foot wrenches are used to access difficult-to-reach fasteners, with a significant portion of the technician's time spent positioning the tool on the fastener. Incorporating the ratcheting feature into the crow foot significantly improves speed and access and is a substantially better value than competitive offerings. User productivity is improved because the tool doesn't have to be removed from the fastener with every turn. The Ratcheting Crow Foot will be available in a variety of sizes including metric 10mm to 19mm and SAE 3/8-inch to 1-inch.
