JohnDow Industries has added a third product to its line of Tire Taxis, the Tire Taxi HD (JDI-TT1-HD). Developed from a need of mechanics and tire technicians for a safer and more efficient transport of larger wheels and tires, the diameter was increased from 25 inches to 33 inches to accommodate this heavy-duty tire and wheel market.
The HD Tire Taxi is also designed with 4-inch industrial casters to maneuver over rough, uneven surfaces. One of these casters can be locked for safe storage. The HD Tire Taxi holds four heavy-duty wheels and tires with a load capacity of 552 pounds.
