Buyers Products expands the SnowDogg Municipal Series Reversible Snow Plows with the addition of the new, smaller-sized 36-inch plow.

The smaller municipal plow, for use on Class 6 and above trucks with a minimum 26,000-lb. GVWR, is ideal for areas that receive lower average snowfall and do not need bigger and heavier plows.

Weighing 1,350 lbs., the new municipal plow features 10-gauge carbon steel and is reinforced with six 1/2-inch by 3-inch ribs and a bushed 1-1/4-inch pivot point for strength and rigidity. The plow is available in two sizes, 10 feet and 11 feet, and features a full moldboard trip with adjustable external compression springs and three-position attack angle from 5 to 20 degrees.

The plow is orange powder-coated and has twin, chrome-plated hydraulic cylinders located above the push frame for protection from road debris and ease of service while enabling heavy-duty reversing.

“This new municipal plow has all of the strength and quality of the larger SnowDogg municipal reversible plows but is smaller and lighter to fit the needs of our customers who don’t need the bigger heavier plows,” said Frank Dickinson, municipal sales manager at Buyers Products. “This plow is an excellent option for areas that need to plow but don’t receive large amounts of snow.”
