Rear View Safety, a Clarience Technologies brand,has launched LedgeAlert AI, which detects and warns drivers unloading cargo of potential falls before they occur, preventing injuries and increasing situational awareness.

Audio & Visual Safety Alerts

Inspired by reports of personal injuries at the back of delivery vehicles and trailers, the cargo ledge fall prevention system gives audio and visual alerts once a person has entered the warning zone. This warning zone is customizable as per a vehicle’s size and cargo capacity, as are the various lighting and alarm options.

As a standalone system, the LedgeAlert AI protects drivers and crew in the moments they need it the most, Rear View Safety said. That safety can be expanded to improve manager understanding of the dangerous situations by seamlessly integrating Rear View Safety’s video monitors to add recording capabilities.
