Black Lake Research & Development announces production of the patent-pending Align-Lock System. Debuted at the GFX show in Detroit this year, this latest innovation was developed in grueling off-road environments and offers a cost-effective solution to combat vehicles getting knocked out of alignment, according to the manufacturer.

Align-Lock is a mechanical device that locks the set position of an adjustable bolt and slot, eliminating shifting, slipping, or movement of your vehicle's existing alignment adjustment feature. Simply, Align-Lock locks your alignment and will not let it slip.

The Align-Lock kit provides an additional restraining mechanism to the factory alignment adjustment to improve the robustness of the alignment setting during vehicle usage in rough/harsh terrain. The kit is designed to provide a mechanical lock for the friction-based locking of alignment adjustment but does not increase the structural capability of the vehicle’s chassis components.

Made in the U.S. of ¼” thick steel plate, utilizing existing OEM hardware for maximum durability and zinc plated for corrosion protection, Align-Lock stands up under the most severe conditions.

Align-Lock is currently available for all 2019 model-year and newer Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 pickup trucks, as well as all 2021 model-year and newer Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade and Suburban/Yukon XL/Escalade ESV vehicles.
