At West Brother’s Transportation Services potential drivers must have a minimum two-year safe driving record to pass the initial screening. Once hired, drivers frequently attend refresher courses on safety in the West Brother’s “Excellence Training Vehicle,” where they are tested in real-time traffic situations to make sure they follow all safety protocols.
