Drivers are selected based on safe driving miles, DOT compliance, vehicle care, compliance with vehicle condition reporting, and other required TSOA and client documentation. TSOA recruits, trains, and manages drivers with a focus on customer experience.

“Our drivers are the key to our success so we make sure they are poised to meet all of the customer needs. Our driver recognition program is designed to award drivers for making our customer experiences memorable. Therefore, we show them we care through excellent pay, training, communication, and recognition.” said Tim Williamson, TSOA’s Founder and CEO.

Morris has been driving for TSOA for seven months and is being recognized for her willingness to learn, excellent compliance, and safe driving record. “Jackie has a fantastic and bubbly personality, is wonderful to work with and takes any and all runs assigned to her,” said Troy Bryant, manager of TSOA’s Upfitter Division.

“Working with TSOA has given me the opportunity to see the country coast to coast with an awesome support team to make sure I’m getting there safely,” said Morris. “Thank you all at TSOA for your support.”

Nasiri has been driving for TSOA Fleet for three years. He was in the first class of drivers trained and he is being recognized for his compliance on required documentation, attitude, flexibility, and safe driving record.

“Amir has been here since the beginning, through thick and thin,” said Kim Marais, client services for TSOA Fleet. “He always gets the job done and done right. He is engaged and resourceful.”

“What I love about my job is the friendly and supportive colleagues, collaborative environment, and the freedom I have with my job,” said Nasiri. “I would like to thank all my TSOA Fleet team members for their help, support and love which has helped me gain knowledge and experience.”

Broome is no stranger to recognition as she was TSOA’s 2020 Rookie of the Year! She’s been with TSOA for just over a year and has 120,000 safe driving miles and has been compliant with all client, TSOA and DOT requirements. Our clients rave about Jessica due to her outstanding service and positive attitude.

Kimberly Pridemore, TSOA Driver Laison said of Jessica, “She’s a rising star! She’s a joy to work with and has an infectious, bubbly personality.”
