RSC Bio Solutions Announces Distribution Through Major Suppliers

INDIAN TRAIL, NC- RSC Bio Solutions announced distribution of its new, ready-to-use Gunk Powered by SafeCare and Liquid Wrench Powered by EnviroLogic industrial cleaners, degreasers, and lubricants through Fastenal and Grainger, two industrial supply leaders, and O'Reilly, a major auto parts supplier.

INDIAN TRAIL, NC- RSC Bio Solutions announced distribution of its new, ready-to-use Gunk Powered by SafeCare  and Liquid Wrench Powered by EnviroLogicindustrial cleaners, degreasers, and lubricants through Fastenal and Grainger, two industrial supply leaders, and O'Reilly, a major auto parts supplier. The Gunk Powered by SafeCare products includeTruck and Equipment Wash, Heavy Duty Degreaser, Universal Parts Washing Fluid, and a General Purpose Cleaner and Degreaser.  The Liquid Wrench Powered by EnviroLogic line features Penetrating Oil, Jack Oil, Aerial Lift Fluid, and Mobile Equipment Hydraulic Fluid.  These new, non-hazardous formulas were released this spring and are the company's first products to market since launching in 2010 as a biobased platform of Radiator Specialty Company (RSC), the 86-year-old company that houses the Liquid Wrench and Gunk brands under its RSC Chemical Solutions division.

RSC Bio Solutions is continuing to qualify additional suppliers to expand the distribution options for the company's customers. The full product line is now available for order through Grainger, and O'Reilly is initially offering the Mobile Equipment Hydraulic Fluid. The complete product line will be available for order through Fastenal by early October.

The company's new product line was created through RSC Bio Solutions' partnerships with Gemtek® Products LLC and TerresolveTM Technologies Ltd., two leaders in the biobased market. RSC Bio Solutions' premiere products include:

Truck and Equipment Wash

The Gunk® Powered by SafeCare®biodegradable Truck and Equipment Wash is designed to break through even the most caked-on mud, dirt, and road grime to keep heavy duty trucks and equipment clean. The Truck and Equipment Wash is available in 1-gallon and 5-gallon containers.

Heavy Duty Degreaser

The Gunk® Powered by SafeCare®Heavy Duty Degreaser is formulated to cut through thick, grimy grease, dirt, and oil buildup to keep machines, vehicles and equipment looking and running like new. The biodegradable Heavy Duty Degreaser is available in 32-oz. trigger or 1-gallon containers.

Universal Parts Washing Fluid

The Gunk® Powered by SafeCare®Universal Parts Washing Fluid will remove years of built up oil and grease from metal parts.  The solution is safe for all types of metals and can be used in an automated parts washer or soak tank.  Its use of demulsifying technology makes the solution easy to maintain and can result in lower waste disposal costs. The Universal Parts Washing Fluid is available in 1-gallon and 5-gallon containers, and in ready-to-use solutions and concentrates.

General Purpose Cleaner and Degreaser

The Gunk® Powered by SafeCare®General Purpose Cleaner and Degreaser will quickly and easily power out any tough stain or slick grease from equipment and machinery. The General Purpose Cleaner and Degreaser is available in bulk, 32-oz. trigger or 1-gallon containers.

Penetrating Oil

The Liquid Wrench® Powered by EnviroLogic®Penetrating Oil's high-performance, biobased formula quickly dissolves rust, cuts through grease, penetrates corrosion, and easily frees stuck nuts, locks, bolts, hinges, clamps, and pipes. The Penetrating Oil is available in10 oz., 32 oz., and 1-gallon sizes.

Jack Oil

The Liquid Wrench® Powered by EnviroLogic®Jack Oil provides high antiwear and corrosion protection, and is formulated to reduce sling off, which offers superior lubrication.  The biobased ISO 46 grade jack fluid meets all requirements of major hydraulic jack OEMs and component suppliers, and delivers premium performance when compared to petroleum-based jack oils. The Jack Oil is available in 1-gallon, 5-gallon, and 55-gallon containers.

Aerial Lift Fluid

The Liquid Wrench® Powered by EnviroLogic®Aerial Lift Fluid offers a premium performance when compared to petroleum-based aerial lift fluids. The formula is readily biodegradable and safe for use in all aerial lifthydraulic systems. The non-hazardous technology is designed to meet or exceed the requirements of most major hydraulic equipment manufacturers and has outstanding performance in low temperature environments. The Aerial Lift Fluid is available in 1-gallon, 5-gallon, and 55-gallon containers.

Mobile Equipment Hydraulic Fluid
