Ranger Adds Leadership to Support Fleet Upfit Solutions
To best support growth in its fleet and distributor network services, Ranger Design has announced new appointments and new roles of its leadership team.

Catalin Caracas has been named VP of Operations and Human Resources and Joey Trombino joins Ranger Design as the new Chief Financial Officer.

Ranger Design, a manufacturer and service provider for fleet upfit solutions and commercial van equipment, announced that it has experienced rapid growth in its fleet and distributor network services. To best support this growth and deliver value to its customer base, Ranger Design has announced new appointments and new roles of its leadership team.
Joey Trombino joins Ranger Design and will be replacing Eric Pesenti as the new Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him 30 years of experience in the financial and accounting fields. He has worked in different sectors, including manufacturing, software, and mining. Eric Pesenti will stay onboard in other capacities with Ranger Design.

Additionally, with more than 18 years of experience in operational and strategic initiatives to enhance revenue growth, Catalin Caracas has been named VP of Operations and Human Resources. His focus on culture and his commitment to recruit top talent leads Caracas to develop people strategies that align with and support the organization's objectives.
