Plan for the Future at Work Truck Week 2025
From rookies to seasoned pros, there’s something for everyone in this year’s educational program.

Explore the latest trends, dig into technical details, and discover strategies for success through the Work Truck Week 2025 educational program. This year’s lineup includes new Special Sessions on talent development, commercial vehicle data, and selling and servicing tech-driven trucks, alongside a full schedule of shorter Breakout Sessions.
Work Truck Week 2025 runs March 4-7 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. More than just a trade show, this event includes the Green Truck Summit, The Work Truck Show, NTEA Annual Meeting, Ride & Drive, and more.
Educational sessions are set for March 4-6, while Work Truck Show exhibits are open March 5-7. Ride & Drive takes place March 5-6. Produced by NTEA – The Work Truck Association, Work Truck Week is North America’s largest work truck event. Registration is open at worktruckweek.com.
And, The NCAA’s winningest men’s basketball coach will be the keynote speaker for the NTEA Annual Meeting, to be held during Work Truck Week 2025. Attendees will hear from Mike Krzyzewski, Known to basketball fans as Coach K.
Work Truck Week Educational Program Highlights
The 2025 educational program is packed with insights and strategies to help commercial vehicle professionals enhance operations and plan for the future.
Topics include market trends, engineering and compliance, government regulations, workforce development, fleet management, vehicle propulsion, sustainability solutions, and more.
“Education is one of the core pillars of Work Truck Week,” said Jennifer Mitchell, NTEA senior director of content development. “We’ve designed sessions for everyone — from newcomers to industry veterans.”
In-Depth Special Sessions for the Fleet Industry
Special Sessions provide a deep dive into industry topics, offering actionable tools and insights. Space is limited, and registration is required.
Navigating Today’s Workplace (March 5): Amy Hirsh Robinson, chief people officer at King’s Hawaiian, will lead this session during the Generation Next Leadership Workshop & Networking Reception.
Future-Proofing Your Workforce (March 5): Robinson also leads this session on developing talent and sourcing skilled candidates.
Selling and Servicing the Tech-Driven Truck (March 6): Learn how automation, AI, and connected technologies are transforming commercial vehicle sales and service.
Commercial Vehicle Data Exchange & Reception (March 6): Discover new ways to leverage data for business improvement with experts from NTEA, S&P Global Mobility, GEOTAB, and ClearKinetic.
Getting Started with Fleet Management (March 5) and Advanced Principles of Fleet Management (March 6): These workshops, led by RTA Fleet experts, return to help fleet managers level up their skills.
