READING, PA - Penske Truck Leasing announced a 16 city, North American 2010 Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) Engine Seminar and Open House, debuting Sept. 15 in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada and wrapping up Nov. 17 in Portland, Ore.
