In his most recent role, Phillips served as vice president general manager, Americas for Destaco – a global company in the automotive, aerospace, and life science industry.
During his tenure with Destaco, he oversaw five operating facilities across North and South America, implemented a five-year growth plan resulting in record sales and earnings growth three years in a row, and led the company through a customer-first cultural change leading to significant productivity improvements and reduction in lead times.
