In response to the industry-wide demand for advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) calibration in the automotive aftermarket, Burke Porter Group (BPG) has introduced a new business unit dedicated to this service.
As part of this initiative, Doug Kelly has been appointed as the new division's president, with the responsibility of spearheading its development, growth, and continuous support. Kelly will directly report to CEO Jeffrey Moss.
Navigating ADAS Complexity
Having accumulated over two decades of experience in the automotive industry, Kelly, now taking on a new role, will utilize his expertise and capitalize on the company's established global OEM end-of-line leadership position.
His primary objective is to forge strategic partnerships with crucial industry stakeholders in the ADAS market segment. As car manufacturers continue to seek innovation with advanced technologies and safety features, the complexity and difficulty of servicing these advancements grow exponentially.
Kelly previously served as CEO of Repairify, Inc., the makers of the asTech device. As CEO, he grew the business to more than 700, and expanded into 13 countries in four years. Prior to this, Kelly led the successful spin-out of CynCast, Inc. the technology division of Fix Auto.
