Both the Nova and the truck were driving south on Chatham Parkway. The driver of the Nova told Garden City police that as they approached a yellow light, he tried to brake but his brakes went out causing him to lose control and crash into the Georgia Power truck.

Chatham Parkway was shut down for hours to clear the accident. No injuries were reported, according to WJCL.com.

On March 26, a Pennsylvania farmer had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance after he was reportedly thrown from his tractor following a collision with an Xfinity truck in East Carroll Township, according to WJACTV.com.
