PALFINGER has established a strong presence in North America's work truck industry and has long played an important role in NTEA – The Work Truck Association. As a result, the company has been instrumental in shaping the industry and continues to play a significant role in its development.
"Our approach involves having a comprehensive and diverse product portfolio tailored to meet the specific needs and demands of the North American market, ensuring our products deliver maximum value and efficiency," Daneluz said.
Central to PALFINGER's success is its expansive sales and service network of around 5,000 service points worldwide. In North America, the company ensures exceptional local support with four manufacturing and assembly sites, 15 locations offering custom-built solutions, and a fleet of over 100 mobile service vehicles.

"Our newly launched TEC Series Service Crane was designed with the operator's needs in mind," Daneluz noted. "We actively sought feedback from many operators to enhance our service cranes and crane bodies based on their valuable insights."
Available in 11' and 14' configurations, PAL Pro 72 is built for Class 6 and Class 7 chassis and handles crane capacities up to 72,000 ft. lbs.

"We are the only manufacturer in the industry to use the e-coating process, providing superior anti-corrosion protection," Daneluz added.

Mechanics service bodies are available in 9' to 14' lengths and crane capacities ranging from 20,000 ft/lbs to 86,000 ft/lbs.
