CM Truck Beds displayed a variety of new products certain for commercial and fleet users at The Work Truck Show 2020. The bodies on display were more specialized than in previous years, allowing commercial truck buyers to see a wider path to the products that CM Truck Beds manufactures.

At the show, CM introduced its new CB Contractor Body, a testament to the evolution of the company’s product lineup. This body looks similar to many of the flatdeck truck beds that CM builds, but it comes standard with a set of deck-top toolboxes as well as rear 24-inch stake panels for construction and commercial users to store and haul tools and equipment.

The CB model is also equipped with a heavy-duty overhead materials rack for commercial users to haul ladders, scaffolding, and materials.

CM introduced a new crane body, built in conjunction with Dakota Bodies, that offers the perfect marriage of heavy-duty functionality and affordability. Equipped with an Auto Crane and a capacity of more than 6,000 pounds, this easy-to-maneuver unit is designed to lift and load heavy materials and equipment on the job site, making it a sensible solution for users across many vocations.

Rounding out its product debuts, CM showcased its new TM Deluxe 11’4” truck body. This model is a new design on its original body chassis; however, in the 84-inch CA configuration, it now features a best-in-class 52-inch wide toolbox with suicide doors. This new towing-style service body gives commercial users the ability to have more storage for tools and components while eliminating the need to open multiple toolbox doors for access.

The wide box configuration also allows users to store longer tools, rather than leaving them out in the weather.

Finally, CM announced a new partnership with CTech Manufacturing at the show. With this new partnership, CM is able to offer the high-quality slide-out drawer systems at OEM level to help users equip their bodies faster and with higher quality drawer sets than ever before. All CTech cabinets are one-piece modules that have high capacity, ball-bearing drawer slides to withstand the elements and the hard work that users put them through day in and out.
