Featuring a planetary gear reduction design, the PowerPro Extreme 5 12V starter is a premium replacement alternative for a variety of medium-duty vehicles running the Detroit Diesel DD5 or DD8 engines and operating in a variety of extreme environments, including a full range of pickup and delivery, construction, refuse, fire and rescue applications, and school buses.
