Masterack, manufacturer and installer of commercial van and pickup truck interiors and accessories, announced new additions to key leadership roles.

Beginning with the addition of Ken Kozicki, president and chief operations officer, back in June of 2018, the company has continued to grow its executive leadership. Kozicki joined Masterack after holding executive roles at Myers Industries, including president of Myers do Brasil and General Manager of International Distribution where he successfully led the division to profitability and divestiture. He began his career as an engineer with Ford Motor Company before establishing a strong track record in sales and marketing at Rogers Corporation and Autosplice.

Vice President of Operations, Glynn Meienburg, will oversee operations for the company’s manufacturing and installation facilities, utilizing his more than 30 years of experience in production operations and material strategies with Alcon, General Motors, and Lockheed Martin.

Merry Beth Stephens has joined Masterack as director of Human Resources after 20 years at Johnson Controls and brings a new focus on strategic organization, coaching operations, and culture development to the Masterack team.

Additionally, Adam Brown, executive director of Distribution, will be working to reposition Masterack Products with sales, new product development, and marketing teams to drive strategic business. Brown previously held sales and client-relationship positions at Verizon, Ryder Truck, and Enterprise.
