Aerial equipment manufacturer Versalift is expanding its newly formed distributor “Versalift Southeast” with the acquisition of Map Enterprises, which serves North and South Carolina. Earlier this month, the company acquired O.G. Hughes and Sons to create a company-owned distributor that serves Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama.

The acquisition of Map Enterprises includes 18 work bays, paint and body repair facilities, dielectric safety testing certifications, and 27,000 square feet of land.

Versalift Southeast was formed as part of the company’s efforts to improve its service, response, engagement, and delivery programs. It is a wholly owned distributor.
