Aerial lift and digger derrick manufacturer Versalift has acquired a long-time distributor in an effort to boost its offerings for customers and improve service.

With the acquisition of longtime supplier O.G. Hughes & Sons, Versalift will create Versalift Southeast, a new company-owned distributor of its aerial lifts, digger derricks, and other high-reach equipment.

As a wholly owned distributor, Versalift Southeast will continue to provide service to customers in Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama.

In taking on a wholly owned distributor, Versalift aims to improve its service, response, engagement, and delivery programs on behalf of its Southeastern customers.
