Sortimo North America has named Brian Barber as its new Vice President of Sales & Marketing. In this role, Barber will spearhead sales and marketing strategies across the U.S. and globally, working to enhance brand visibility in more than 40 countries.
He will lead initiatives focused on developing innovative cargo management solutions that improve organizational efficiency for commercial fleets, with a goal of driving substantial business growth. Sortimo has also noted plans to achieve a 25% increase in sales revenue within the first year under Barber’s leadership, leveraging targeted campaigns and strategic partnerships.
Barber told Work Truck: "We’re going to raise brand awareness and turn corporate fleets on to the most configurable, scalable, and expandable cargo solution system in the industry.”
Barber brings a strong track record of fleet and automotive industry leadership. He previously served as Senior Vice President at Pro-Vision Video Systems, and held senior sales roles at Merchants Fleet and ARI (now Holman), helping fleets maximize efficiency and safety through technology and customized solutions.
Sortimo, headquartered in Bavaria, Germany, with U.S. operations in Georgia, provides modular storage systems and upfit solutions designed to boost productivity for vocational and commercial fleets.
