With a proven track record of driving growth and innovation, Richards is poised to lead AssetWorks into its next phase of development and success to best serve its 675-plus fleet and asset management customers.

Richards expressed his enthusiasm for the new role, stating: “I am humbled to serve as the new General Manager and to lead this team. I have been continually impressed by the passion, commitment, and deep domain expertise of AssetWorks employees.”
Richards is an engineer by training but holds masters certificates in Project Management, Management of Technology and Executive Leadership. His background includes senior leadership roles in software product development, services, support, operations, and sales at Oracle, HP, Itron, and Hitachi Energy.
