Inform announced that it is in the process of implementing an extensive yard management system pilot program for Amports.

Inform’s yard management system, encompassing yard management, parking optimization, workshop management, and execution, will be applied at Amports’ Jacksonville, Florida and Benicia, California terminals.

“The goal of our pilot program for Amports is to demonstrate the many operational benefits and efficiency gains that can be derived from the Inform yard management system solutions," said Justin Newell, Inform software’s COO. "We are confident in our solutions’ ability to deliver real-time data and yard visibility for better decision-making and maximized lot utilization through our parking optimizer and workshop scheduler.”
