Roger Perlstein, Kinedyne vice president – sales and marketing, died unexpectedly at home in Valparaiso, Indiana, on Wednesday, May 11, 2022.
“It is with a heavy heart that I share the news of our friend Roger’s passing,” said Dan Schlotterbeck, Kinedyne president. “Roger has been an important and vibrant member of our team since 2019. We will miss his wisdom, his drive to succeed and his never-ending encouragement to help all of us be our best.”

Perlstein joined Kinedyne in March 2019, leading the U.S. and Canada sales and marketing teams to increased revenues using innovative and effective methods of market research, prospecting, education, and eCommerce which brought Kinedyne through the pandemic and beyond, according to a company statement.
Work Truck interviewed Persltein many times over the past few years and his industry knowledge and expertise will truly be missed.
Kinedyne noted that Perlstein loved learning and asking questions. He credited his success to his insight into what matters most to customers.
“We know that when we put our customers’ needs first, everything else follows naturally,” he said.

Perlstein also enjoyed mentoring others, both at work and play. He was instrumental in introducing youth lacrosse to several cities in Indiana, including Michigan City and Valparaiso. He coached lacrosse and girls basketball.
