Monroe Truck Equipment’s CEO Tom Ninneman is joining Aebi Schmidt CEO North America Steffen Schewerda to discuss the impact of the Aebi Schmidt acquisition at NTEA’s Work Truck Week 2022 on March 9, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Aebi Schmidt Group acquired Monroe Truck Equipment on December 15, 2021. Aebi Schmidt Group is a provider of intelligent solutions for the treatment of mission critical infrastructure areas and demanding terrain.
“This acquisition has opened a lot of opportunities to concentrate on growing Monroe Truck Equipment,” said CEO Tom Ninneman. “We have shared values of putting our customers first every step of the way. Now, we’ll have access to the resources and insight of a global company to help us better serve our customers across the United States.”
In the past year, Monroe Truck Equipment delineated their lines of business into distinct divisions, expanded with a new southern division, defined commercial product lines, and updated branding across all digital platforms. All these changes were made to better serve all customers.
Ninneman and Schewerda will be discussing these changes and how they impact the industry at large at a formal press conference on Thursday, from March 10, 2:10 to 2:35 p.m. in booth
#4159.
