Angel-Guard Products introduced the RoofBrum foam snow rake during the SEMA car show in Las Vegas.

The RoofBrum includes a supersized durable foam head and long handle for vehicle snow removal. A special feature is the “Roof Reach” bend attachment that allows the handle to reach to the middle of flat roof trucks. Now, fleets and drivers can pull snow off vehicle or trailer roofs without climbing a ladder, a winter hazard.

“Drivers will avoid costly traffic tickets due to snow remaining on the top of the vehicle,” said Scot Peterson, vice president for Angel-Guard Products. “Safe and efficient snow removal has been a winter challenge truck and trailer drivers have faced since the roads have been paved.”

Two models of the RoofBrum are available. The first, Mobile RoofBrum, has a twelve-foot handle that easily reaches vehicles as high as school buses (MSRP $79). Delivery drivers, tradesmen driving box trucks, and RV and trailer owners will benefit the most from this new method of snow removal.

The second model, Snow & Wash Kit, features a twenty-two-foot handle for clearing snow from vehicles or from residential, roof mounted solar panels. A pivoting fabric mop head attachment is also included for users to wash a vehicle, trailer, or solar panels throughout the warm months (MSRP $99).
